Prof. Richard Teske is an independent writer and consultant on political and health care policy. For three decades he has advised and worked with international, federal and state government leaders and many of the largest managed care, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical technology, long term care and hospital companies. He is recognized as an expert on market-oriented Medicare, Medicaid, Long Term Care and Uninsured Reform. He is a contributor to the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and the Heritage Foundation. He also served for four years as a member of the Virginia Board of Health Professions.
