The other day on Ring of Fire I heard Robert Kennedy interview Thomas Frank who has recently released a new book entitled: Pity the Billionaire: The Hard-Times Swindle and the Unlikely Comeback of the Right.
During the entire interview they didn't mention the Koch brothers.
During the entire interview they did not mention the American Legislative Exchange Council.
BUT - the main premise of the book as discussed on Ring of Fire is a primer in why ALEC members believe what they believe - without ever mentioning ALEC.
Basically - the free market is god, the one and only true god.
I was going to write an entry on the book - but found two diaries on Daily Kos that do an excellent job of covering the book.
