Lead ALEC external outreach on Capitol Hill and with the White
House, including direct communication with 85 Members of Congress (ALEC

Hill educational policy seminars used to build support on policy issues,
including successful passage of the Internet Tax Freedom Act. Tracked
and commented on federal legislation and provided updates to members via
monthly newsletter. Wrote and submitted testimony at Congressional
hearings, including providing expert witnesses. Planned, selected, and
coordinated conference speakers at ALEC conferences including handling
all event logistics with Presidential address in Philadelphia.
