The American Legislative Exchange Council, or ALEC, may have recently abandoned its advocacy of controversial Voter ID and Stand Your Ground laws in the face of public scrutiny — but it hasn’t stopped pushing for fiscal policies that benefit corporations and the wealthy at the expense of the rest of us.

Join a webinar on Tuesday, April 9 from 4 to 5 p.m. hosted by the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center that will examine ALEC’s state tax and budget agenda and what it means for the commonwealth.
The webinar will feature the authors of Selling Snake Oil to the States, a report documenting ALEC's agenda to enact state policies that cut services and reduce expenses for profitable corporations while doing little to grow the economy.
