ALEC's Next Step - SILENCE Your Voice

Many people are unaware of one of the next steps of the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) - attacks on the US constitution and rights therein.

The attacks will eminate from the states - because ALEC believe in STATE SOVEREIGNTY.

What does ALEC want next?
They want your voice silenced.

In addition to already passing legislation in some states that labels eco-protestors - as terrorists - and places multiple felony charges on eco-protestors - so they can keep ALEC backed prisons full of prisoners -

The newest assault has come!

and it again - would put more protestors in the ALEC corporate sector / private enterprise owned prisons - to provide essentially free labor to other ALEC corporate sector / private entrprise members.

Here are some snips (my emphasis):
>>>>Read the whole thing here<<<<
Our Teamster brothers and sisters in Atlanta are raising hell about a heinous anti-worker bill to criminalize picketing.

Your organization or church could be fined 10000 per day and convicted of conspiracy under this poorly written bill

SB 469, an anti-union and anti-protest bill, would turn nonviolent civil disobedience into a felony punishable by imprisonment for one year and a fine of ten thousand dollars for organizations and one thousand dollars for individuals. It also has provisions intended to weaken unions...

REMEMBER - the ALEC model is and always has been
- pass the legislation in one ALEC owned state
- then ALEC claims it a success
- then ALEC turns it into "one size fits all states" ALEC  "model legislation"
- so that other ALEC legislators can sell it in other states.

When the Nazis came for the communists,
I remained silent;
I was not a communist.

When they locked up the social democrats,
I remained silent;
I was not a social democrat.

When they came for the trade unionists,
I did not speak out;
I was not a trade unionist.

When they came for the Jews,
I remained silent;
I wasn't a Jew.

When they came for me,
there was no one left to speak out.
