Bachmann - Doesn't Deserve a Raise or To Be Paid

From a local newspaper:

Michele Bachmann Introduces Legislation to Rescind Congressional Pay Raise

"We have a spending problem in our country and we should be looking for areas to cut spending," Bachmann said ... "we should not increase government spending and add to the debt burden by giving members of Congress a pay raise."

Oh - Michele - SHUT UP - please, just SHUT UP
Nobody cares about what comes out of your piehole.

No - dear Michele - we have - an abundance of idiots like you  in congress and we should be looking at getting rid of all of them, not paying them.

Maybe she should just not take a salary for the rest of the time she is in Congress - she is preetty useless anyhow.

Maybe she should give back all her salary for the past 6 years – she’s been pretty worthless.

She should definitely give back her entire salary from last year when she was running for president.

Maybe the people in my district should wake up and get rid of this media seeking megalomaniac and elect a real politician.

UPDATE - January 1 about Noon
And then this ignorant congressional member spoke before the floor
on a bill she sponsored that would have frozen the pay of ALL government employees
with less than one hour to consider it before the vote.

On January 1 - in her uninformed monologue to pass a bill as noted above
when in fact the Senate - in the fiscal cliff bill -
HAD ALREADY negated the congressional increase in the fiscal cliff bill almost 12 prior to Bachmann spouting off on the house floor.

Buried in the fiscal cliff deal passed by the Senate early Tuesday morning is a provision to halt a scheduled salary increase for members of Congress themselves.

The bill contains a one-sentence provision that would block a scheduled cost-of-living adjustment for representatives and senators that is due to take place when the continuing resolution under which the federal government is currently operating expires on March 27.
